The major outcome of RMR Retail Leasing is to work with clients in achieving sustainable occupancy costs and relieving the emotional pressure in negotiations. This therefore allows the retailer to be a “retailer” and concentrate on the business.

All opportunities, new sites, renewals and expiries will be discussed prior and in consultation with the desired outcomes being agreed upon. All findings and options will be presented to the Company Board/Stakeholders for final approval.
